Shipping
Availability: All orders are subject to product availability at the time of purchase. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and offer the option for refund of the total amount of your order. Note that refunds are processed using the original method of payment.
Delivery: An estimated delivery time is provided to you when your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out the cost for shipping, add all the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. The checkout screen will display shipping charges. Additional charges may apply when shipping outside the continental U.S. (North America) or for large or heavy products. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged in accordance with the sales tax laws of the state and locality where the item is shipped.
Returns
We are happy to offer this Return Policy. We do everything we can to assist our customers with product returns when needed. We are also happy to help you find a replacement product that fulfills your needs.
Printer Transport Cases and Retractable Photo Backdrops are custom made to order and cannot be returned except for factory defects or Product that has been damaged during shipping. If your transport case or photo backdrop is defective or was damaged during shipping, please complete the Product Return Request form below, or contact us at info@badgeplus.com. Please provide us with as much detail about the nature of the defect or damage. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions on how to return the damaged Product.
In-stock items, other than Printer Transport Cases and Retractable Photo Backdrops, may be returned within 30 days of your purchase. To begin the return process, please complete the Product Return Request form below, or contact us at info@badgeplus.com. Conditions for return:
- The Product must be unopened, unused, and factory sealed.
- Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, et cetera.
- 3rd party shipping charges (UPS, FedEx, et cetera) are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Note that we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange if 30 days or more have transpired since your purchase.
