You can control your motorized retractable photo background from up to 50 feet away with our IR wireless remote and receiver option.
Digitally printed on non-reflective fabric, these photo backdrops are ideal for video conferencing and photo id applications where non-stock colors are required. We will print any high-res. image or a color of your choice.

Returns
Motorized Photo Backdrops are custom made to order and cannot be returned except for factory defects or are damaged in shipping.
If you need to return a product, please contact customer service at info@badgeplus.com to arrange for an RMA (return merchandise authorization). We will be happy to assist you with your return and help you find a replacement product that fulfills your needs.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Shipping
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Returns
In-stock items (Other than Printer Transport Cases and Retractable Photo Backdrops)
If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase according to the following:
Product must be unopened, unused and factory sealed.
Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.
3rd party shipping charges (UPS, FedEx, etc) are non-refundable

BadgePlus, Inc warrants certain branded products to the original purchaser only, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser; provided they are properly operated according to Badgeplus' instructions and are not damaged due to improper handling or treatment after shipment from the factory. This warranty does not apply to equipment showing evidence of misuse, abuse or accidental damage, or which has been tampered with or repaired by a person other than authorized BadgePlus personnel.
BadgePlus' sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or to replace (at Badgeplus' option) the defective part of the merchandise. If it is necessary to return the screen or part to BadgePlus, transportation expenses to and from BadgePlus are payable by the purchaser and BadgePlus is not responsible for damage in shipment. To protect yourself against damage or loss in transit, insure the product and prepay all transportation expenses.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AS TO FITNESS FOR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. Any implied warranties of fitness for use, or merchantability, that may be mandated by statute or rule of law are limited to the one (1) year warranty period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state-to-state. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NO LIABILITY IS ASSUMED FOR EXPENSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INTERRUPTION IN OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT, OR FOR INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE.
IMPORTANT: THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT BE VALID AND BADGEPLUS BRANDED PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE BOUND BY THIS WARRANTY IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BADGEPLUS WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS.
Keep your sales receipt to prove the date of purchase and your original ownership.
